A grain free all-purpose almond flour – perfect substitute for basic all-purpose flour, making no recipe out of reach!

Ingredients:

Yield: 9 cups or 1,125 g of flour

3 cups (375 g) blanched almond flour
3 cups (375 g) arrowroot starch
3 cups (375 g) tapioca starch

Directions:

Combine all the flours together either in a electric mixer or mix by hand using a whisk.

If you need to make more than is directed, simply combine equal parts of all three flours to total your desired amount.

Please note: When using this as an all-purpose flour replacement you will need to add 1/4 cup (25%) extra to any recipe. This is because the grain free flour is not as absorbent.
