Description of Recipe
A very flavorful sauce great on pizza, pasta, or your favorite grain free baked product.
2 to 2 ½ cups of Pesto
60 g Lightly Toasted Pine Nuts
3 tsp Chopped Garlic (4 to 6 cloves)
1 cup (200g) Fresh Basil Leaves
1 ½ cup Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1 tsp Organic Ground Pepper
½ cup (100g) Italian Fresh Parmigiana (finely grated)
In a food processor grate pine nuts and garlic, no more than 15 seconds, next add basil ( assure basil is very dry after cleaning), salt & pepper and olive oil. Process until pesto is pureed, Add parmigiana and blend all together. Now ready to be added to your favorite recipe.
