A delicious Savory Grain Free recipe to satisfy your craving for a Old Fashioned Grilled Cheese Sandwich;  a Caraway & Salt savory waffle with Brie Cheese, Caramelized Mushrooms & Onions.


9 to 10 large 5 heart Waffles

2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
1 cup of Tapioca Starch
4 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
¼ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener (using spice grinder to make into powder)
2 Large Organic Eggs
1 cup Goat Milk
½ cup Ghee
1 sm. Lemon/Juiced
1 tsp Hazelnut Extract
1 or 2 tsp of Italian Butter or Ghee (for grilling add as needed)

Savory Toppings

2 TBL Caraway Seed (lightly broken in mortar and pestle)
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt


Preheat your waffle maker to standards based on your machine.

Using your mixer with paddle blade, or a whisk in a large bowl, mix flour, starch, baking powder, powdered monk fruit (again using you spice grinder to make into powder), and salt. Add the goat milk, organic eggs, lemon juice, and hazelnut extract. Mix all together until you have a nice smooth batter.
