Description of Recipe

An old Roman favorite pasta dish gone grain, lectin and sugar free. It is a great dish simple meal for a small family gathering or for a large group. Is great as a main course or a side with other favorites. Plant Paradox Friendly and extremely simple to make.

Ingredients:

 

Yield: 3 to 4
1 packed cup Parmigiana (finely grated)
1 TBL to taste Organic Coarse Ground Pepper
¼ to ½ cup Water (need to get to the right consistency)
¼ to ½ cup of Pasta Water (if needs more thinning out)
1 – 9 oz. box Cappello’s Pasta

Directions:

 

In a medium size bowl add finely grated parmigiana cheese, slowly add water and whisk until it becomes a creamy consistency, add pepper to your desired taste. Once your mixture has a nice creamy texture it is ready for the pasta.
Cook pasta as per directions on package, once pasta is ready slowly add to mixture and blend, if it appears to be too thick then add a small amount of pasta water again until at desired thicken.
Plate and serve adding a little more pepper and parmigiana to taste.
